1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Frontoffice 

    3. Click on Tracking
   
4. Enter the digits of your Facebook Pixel here (not the entire code)
    5. Save your changes


The customer journey through your Frontoffice and Booking Form can be tracked by Facebook Pixel and follows the customer from viewing individual products to eventual purchase. 

The following events are tracked: 

1. View Content - whenever a product page is viewed the ViewContent event is triggered and you'll able to see: 

  • the product id
  • the product title
  • the product type

2. Add to Cart - once a product has been added to cart the AddToCart event is triggered and you'll able to see:

  • the total price
  • the currency
  • the product id
  • the product title
  • the product type

3. Initiate Checkout - once all customer details have been entered and the Checkout button has been clicked, the InitiateCheckout event is triggered and you'll be able to see:

  • the total price
  • the currency
  • the product id
  • the product title
  • the product type

4. Purchase - once payment has been received for an order the Purchase event will be triggered, sending with it total price of the order and currency. Note that this event is not triggered in the case of Bank Transfers.
